2. Services Provided

Training DJ offers services including, but not limited to:

  • Dog boarding

  • Dog training programs

  • Behavioral training

  • Pet care services

All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • Your dog is up to date on vaccinations

  • You disclose any behavioral or medical issues

  • Your dog does not pose an undisclosed risk to staff, other animals, or property

Failure to disclose important information may result in termination of services without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to services being rendered

  • Deposits may be required for bookings

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion unless otherwise stated

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, you acknowledge that:

  • Dog training and boarding involve inherent risks

  • We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death of any pet except in cases of gross negligence

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by your dog

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Training DJ, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional messages.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Submitting your phone number through our website forms

  • Booking services with us

  • Providing consent verbally or in writing

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (914) 228-9625. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Cancellations and Scheduling

  • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Aggressive or unsafe animal behavior

  • Non-compliance with our policies

  • Safety concerns for staff or other animals

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
